ya, i am 250 and it is good for me. comes with a 450 lb spring if you need it though which would work for about 180lbs, RC4 is really tunable so you can still get it working really well with a wide range of riders.

Raw finish looks really cool, always get comments on local trails and up at mammoth. this thing is a plow bike. i'm a hack and lets me keep up with my buds. really handles chunky rock sections the best, especially at speed. it has seen maybe 8ft drops under 250lbs of me and not cared. RC4 works great. The RC4 is the first shock i've ridden that i can tell that the adjusters actually do something.

Pivots are fresh as of roughly November. Haven't gotten it out much since. Suspension is dialed and smooth. when i swapped in the RC4 i checked all the pivots. lower link frame and triangle needed bearings and the box link was a little chewed up from the old axles walking out. i replaced both axles and the box link with new ones from intense and blue loctited everything. should be good for a while....
